Joe M. O’Connell’s book, EVACUATION PLAN: a novel from the hospice, has been released by Dalton Publishing.
Check out Joe on the cover of The Austin Chronicle’s Summer Reading Issue! He’s the tallest guy in the center reading a tabloid. You can also read an excerpt of EVACUATION PLAN.
